如果刺骨刚好位于足趾弯曲的地方, 那么很有可能是由于弯曲导致的骨刺. 这种情况则需要另开一处切口, 解除足趾根部部分肌腱的连接, 降低足趾的内向牵扯力.

If the spine happens to be just where the toe is bent, it is likely to be caused by bending. In this case, a separate incision is needed to remove the tendon connection at the root of the toe and reduce the inward pull of the toe.

当骨刺在第五足趾的内侧, 那么在第四和第五足趾之间很有可能存在一个谷粒样块.如果是这样, 则需要切除趾骨顶端的一小块, 防止足趾之间产生过度的摩擦.

When the bone spur is on the inside of the fifth toe, there is a good chance of a grain between the fourth and fifth toes. If so, a small piece of the top of the phalanx needs to be removed to prevent excessive friction between the toes.
